RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard Guarantee:

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. 

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Items should be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • If you need to cancel your purchase, please request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.

Defective Products or Materially Different Designs:

To return or exchange a product to Graco Design. Please contact us using our contact form to initiate a return or exchange.

If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed on the website, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure that:

    • The product was delivered within the last 14 days.
    • The product is unused.
    • The product exhibits a defect in material or printing, or it significantly deviates from the displayed design.

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

    • You no longer want the items after receiving them.
    • You change your mind and prefer different styles or colors.
    • You mistakenly bought an item.

What Else Should I Know?

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please recheck your PayPal account, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Alternatively, contact your bank for further information. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@gracodesign.com.

Damaged/Incorrect Order:

At Graco Design, we strive for product quality and order accuracy. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, one with poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a free replacement order or a refund for the affected items.

To proceed with a replacement or refund, kindly provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. Reach out to us via email at support@gracodesign.com, and our helpful support staff will assist you.

Exchange Policy (Sizing Issues)

If you encounter sizing issues and wish to exchange a product, please email support@gracodesign.com within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate the process.

Please note that size exchanges differing by more than two sizes from the original order will be considered customer-input errors and will not be eligible for exchange.

For cases where the wrong size was ordered by mistake, we cannot accept responsibility.

Free sizing exchanges apply only to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots, and slip-on products. Other items in the Graco Design catalog are not eligible for size exchanges.

Order Modifications or Cancellation:

You have a 2-hour window to modify your order after placing it. After this period, the order will undergo a "production time" based on the variant or item ordered.

Order not received:

After the production time, the order will be shipped. The 30-day policy for returns or exchanges will be based on the shipping date. If it has been more than 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived, we will offer either a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

(Note: This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details for their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note that shipping times may vary for certain items in our catalog and may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
